BABY GAR IV is a faithful replica of Garfield Wood’s famous Gentleman’s Racers. The original BABY GAR IV was built in 1925. At 33 feet, it mirrored the production of Baby Gars in many ways. BABY GAR IV was built in 1996. It is the only existing Baby Gar Gentleman’s Racer powered by a 1920’s Vimalert-Liberty 1650 cubic inch V-12 engine, very similar to what powered the originals.
