1915 Speedway 25′ Speedabout “Miami”

One of only 22 ever built, this boat is a remarkable piece of history. Chris Craft Model B engine was installed in boat about 5 years ago. In their day these boats were well known for being keen, comfortable and luxurious. With max speeds of 18 mph and seating for 6, Speedways were also known for having exceptionally low operating costs and were easy to handle. Miami has been in the hands of the same owner for the past 25 years and has entered and won many awards at various boat shows, the most recent being in 2015, at the annual Antique Boat Show in Clayton, NY winning the Walter J. Kincaid Memorial Award for “Outstanding Preserved Historic Launch”
